Terms and Conditions

No Minimum Term Option

$74.99 sign-up fee & add $5 to biweekly fee – per member

 

Credit Card Payments

To pay biweekly fees by credit card: add $3 per payment

 

Membership Includes

Use of: Precor, Titan Empire, & Paramount Performance Line resistance training equipment, Precor Stretch Trainers, Precor Adaptive Motion Trainers (AMT), Precor Elliptical trainers, Precor treadmills, Precor recumbent cycles, Tectrix cycle, Concept2 rower, free weights, showers, group fitness classes (including yoga, step, etc.), and dry sauna (seasonal).

Management reserves the right to add, change, or cancel any amenities or offerings with no compensation.

InBody Body Composition Assessments

Assessments are not transferable and do not roll over or accumulate. InBody assessments are done by appointment only during staffed hours by certified staff.

  • Assessments have no cash value

  • Missed appointments are completed when possible

  • A scan is considered missed after 10 minutes

  • Gold/Ultimate memberships include InBody scans

  • All other memberships require an additional fee

 

Personal Workout Program

(By appointment only)

We will:

  • Complete an InBody scan for you to assess baseline and track progress

  • Design a personalized program

  • Take you through a workout

  • Show you proper exercise execution

  • Provide written guidance for your program

Cost:

  • $75 per session/appointment

 

A question on equipment setup/use is no charge.
Questions regarding sets/reps/goals/results require a Personal Workout Program session.

 

Terms

Contract memberships have a minimum initial term of one (1) year. After the initial term, membership continues until cancelled with a thirty (30) day notice.

Cancellation must be submitted:

  • Through the Gymies Fitness Center app

  • By calling the facility (confirmation number required)

  • By contacting billing company, ABC Fitness

 

Prices listed are for biweekly (every two (2) weeks) fees drafted via ACH (checking/savings using routing and account number).

  • Credit card payments incur a $3 fee per draft

  • Memberships are not transferable

  • Memberships may not be paused

At sign-up: applicable sign-up fee and first biweekly payment are due.

 

Early Contract Termination

Cancellation fee: $204.99
Plus standard 30-day cancellation notice
All dues during the 30-day period must be paid prior to contract cancellation.

 

Equipment Fee

An annual equipment fee of $29.99 is assessed per member 45 days after sign-up and annually thereafter.

This fee is 100% for new equipment only.

 

Hours of Access

Member acknowledges that access is controlled by an electronic Access Control System (ACS) based on their membership type.

Members agree not to attempt to bypass or circumvent access control in any way, including but not limited to:

  • Tailgating

  • Allowing entry to another individual

  • Asking another member for access

  • Attempting entry outside authorized hours

 

Violation of access policy is a fee of $20 per member, per violation, every time.

 

Late Dues

Members with late or delinquent dues will have access denied until all balances are paid.

Management reserves the right to restrict access when dues and fees are unpaid.

Billing/software provider, ABC Fitness, may assess:

  • Late fees

  • Service fees

  • Returned/declined payment fees

As outlined in signed agreements.

 

Rules

Members must follow all rules.

Grounds for immediate cancellation (no refund or compensation):

  • Profanity

  • Abuse of equipment or facility

  • Disrespect toward members, staff, or facility

  • Violation of rules

  • Outside personal training, or giving the appearance of

  • Any reason management deems appropriate

Management retains sole discretion with no recourse.

 

Tailgating / Unauthorized Entry

Allowing entry to anyone (member or non-member) is strictly prohibited.

This includes:

  • Being polite

  • Assuming someone is a member

  • Letting in someone without their access credential

  • Letting in family members without proper access

Violations are taken extremely seriously.

All terms and conditions may be changed at any time without notice.

Management reserves all rights permitted by law, whether listed here or not.

 

Acceptance of Terms

Continuing membership constitutes full agreement to all Terms and Conditions.
