Our 'close to home' convenience with a welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, clean facility, well-maintained equipment, 24-hour access, and competitive rates has enabled Gymies to remain a fitness mainstay.

Staffed hours:

Monday - Thursday  10A - 6P

Friday  10A - 4P

Gold/Premium/Ultimate Member Hours

24/7/365, including holidays

Standard Member Hours

Monday through Friday  8A – 8P 

Saturday  8A – Noon

Bronze/Basic Member Hours

Monday through Friday  10A – 6P 

No Saturday or Sunday

Senior Fitness Hours

7 days a week 7A-3P Including holidays

Holiday Hours For Staff & Classes

We observe the following major holidays:

 

New Year's Day, Easter weekend, Memorial Day weekend, Independence Day, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve.

 

All holidays may have 1-3 days before and/or after that are “blacked out” – unstaffed and no classes

  • Respect Others

Treat all members and staff with courtesy and respect.

  • Re-Rack Equipment

Return all weights, attachments, and equipment to their proper place after use.

  • Clean Equipment

Wipe down all equipment with disinfectant after each use.

  • Appropriate Conduct

No profanity, abusive language, or disruptive behavior.

  • Dispose of Trash

Throw away all trash, including empty water bottles.

  • Shared Equipment Etiquette

Allow others to “work in” between sets. Circuits are limited to two (2) pieces of equipment.

  • Cardio Time Limits

Treadmill use is limited to 20 minutes only when all treadmills are in use.

  • No Horseplay

Unsafe or disruptive behavior is not permitted.

  • Keep Floors Clear

No gym bags or personal items on the workout floor.

  • Use Safety Equipment

Safety catches must be used on power racks and bench presses at all times.

  • Control Weights

Do not drop, slam, or bang weights.

  • Respect the Facility

Do not misuse or damage equipment or property.

  • No Children on Workout Floor

Children are not permitted in any workout area.

  • No Chalk

Chalk use is not allowed.

  • Proper Attire Required

Wear appropriate workout clothing and athletic shoes at all times.

  • Photography Policy

Do not take photos or videos of other members. If recording yourself, ensure no one else is visible.

  • No Outside Personal Training

Personal training by non-Gymies staff is not permitted.

  • Access Control

Never open the door for anyone. All guests must register and pay the required guest fee.

  • Use at Your Own Risk

Members use all equipment and facilities at their own risk.
