Staffed hours:
Monday - Thursday 10A - 6P
Friday 10A - 4P
Premium Member Hours
24/7/365, including holidays
Basic Member Hours
Monday through Thursday 8A – 8P
Friday 8A – 4P
Saturday 8A – Noon
Holiday Hours
We observe the following major holidays:
New Year's Day, Easter weekend, Memorial Day weekend, Independence Day, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve.
All holidays may have 1-3 days before and/or after that are “blacked out” – unstaffed and closed to basic members.

Gym Rules & Etiquitte

Respect other members as you wish to be respected

Return all weights, props and other equipment or handles to proper racks

Wipe down equipment with disinfectant after use
-
No profanity/cursing/abusive language
-
Throw away your trash/empty water bottles

Use of equipment is at your own risk

Allow other members to "work-in" if you're between sets. Circuits are limited to two (2) pieces
-
Treadmills are limited to twenty (20) minutes IF all treadmills are in use
-
No "horseplay"
-
No gym bag/personal items on the floor

Safety catches MUST be used on power rack and bench press

No dropping/slamming/banging weights
-
ASK before changing the TV channel
-
No children anywhere on workout floor/area

No chalk
-
Proper workout/athletic clothes and shoes must be worn at all times

No taking pictures of other members - if you are taking pictures of yourself be certain no other members appear in your pictures

No outside personal training

NEVER open the front door for any one, whether you believe them to be a member or not. ALL guests MUST be registered and pay guest fee
